ASP-PR-GT-DC-30 series is high performance module for single fiber communications by using 1577nm continuous-mode transmitter and 1270nm burst-mode receiver. The transmitter section uses an EML 1577nm laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825-1. The receiver section uses an integrated 1270 nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.

QSFP56-DD end of the AOC module has 8 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 53.125Gbps per channel. Each QSFP56 end of the AOC module has 4 independent electrical input/output channels operating at 53.125Gbps per channel. It consists of two transmitter/receiver units, with each operating on 850nm wavelength. The electrical interface of the module is compliant with the 400GAUI-8/200GAUI-4 interface as defined by IEEE 802.3bs, and compliant with QSFP56- DD/QSFP56 MSA.
