PRODUCT DETAILS: 25G SFP28 PON ONU SMF LC interface
Accelight’s 25G PON OLT transceiver is designed for single mode fiber and operates at wavelength of 1358nm continuous-mode on transmitter side. The transceiver module uses an EML and fully compliant with IEC60825 and CDRH class 1 eye safety. The burst-mode receiver section at 1286nm or 1300nm uses a hermetic packaged APD-TIA (APD with trans-impedance amplifier) and a limiting amplifier. The APD converts optical power into electrical current and the current is transformed to voltage by the transimpedance amplifier. The differential non-Inverted DATA and inverted DATA CML data signals are produced by the limiting amplifier. The APD-TIA is AC coupled to the limiting amplifier through a low pass filter.
Accelight’s ASP-PR-GU-20 Series is a transceiver for the optical network unit (ONU) of 10G GPON with 9.95328Gbps in downstream and 9.95328Gbps in upstream. ASP-PR-GU-20 series is high performance module for single fiber communications by using 1270nm burst-mode transmitter and 1577nm continuous-mode receiver. The transmitter section uses a DFB 1270nm laser and the receiver section uses an integrated 1577 nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. CML interface is used for differential inputs and outputs. LVTTL logic control interface simplifies the interfaces to external circuitry.
Accelight’s ASP-PR-GT-DC-30 Series is a transceiver for the optical line terminal (OLT) of XGS-PON/XG- PON with 9.953Gbps in downstream and 9.95328/2.48832Gbps in upstream. ASP-PR-GT-DC-30 series is high performance module for single fiber communications by using 1577nm continuous-mode transmitter and 1270nm burst-mode receiver. The transmitter section uses an EML 1577nm laser and is a class 1 laser compliant according to International Safety Standard IEC-60825-1. The receiver section uses an integrated 1270 nm detector preamplifier (IDP) mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC.
